Take charge of your health and wellbeing

BALANCE is a new online program designed with young people, for young people, to help you recover and feel confident after cancer treatment. Whether you’re tackling physical health, mental wellbeing, or just trying to figure out life after treatment, BALANCE gives you the tools, support, and know-how to move forward on your terms.

Here’s what you’ll get over the 8-week program:

  • Learning Modules: Easy-to-follow topics on staying healthy, managing stress, and dealing with real-life challenges during recovery.
  • One-on-One Health Coaching: You’ll have three online or phone sessions with a personal coach who’ll help you set goals, make a plan, and stay on track.

Who can join?
Young people aged 15–25 who have finished active cancer treatment and are ready to start building a healthy, balanced life.

What’s in it for you?

The BALANCE program is part of a research project that aims to understand the benefits of a lifestyle program for young survivors like you. By participating in the program, you can help other young people who may use the program in the future.

As a thank you for taking part, you’ll receive:
✅ Three eGift cards throughout the study
✅ A free Fitbit® Smartwatch once data collection wraps up
