When is National Bandanna Day?

National Bandanna Day is held on the last Friday of October each year. In 2017, National Bandanna Day is on Friday 27th October.

 

What is included in a merchandise box?

There are 2 types of merchandise boxes available. The community box (for schools) includes 60 mixed bandannas, and the retail box (for organisations and individuals) includes 50 mixed bandannas and 20 pens.


Are there any new bandanna designs?

Yes there are! In 2017 we have added Aztec, Pineapple and Stag Head designs to our collection. We have also added a limited addition Floral Satin bandanna, only available through our online store. You can see all of our great designs on our online store.


How many can I order?

You can order up to 5 boxes online, via phone or on the mail order form. If you wish to order more than 5 boxes – please email nbd@canteen.org.au


What if I don’t sell all my merchandise?

No problem, you just sell as much as you can and send the remainder of the merchandise back in the reply paid satchel provided.


What are the payment options?

For your convenience we have three payment options. You can decide to pay once you have finished fundraising, pay upfront or you can pay part upfront, part after.


Can I customise my order?

Due to associated costs, we can only customise orders consisting of over 250 bandannas. If you would like to order merchandise different to the pre-packaged box, please call 1800 226 833.


When will I receive my merchandise?

The merchandise will be shipped to you the same day you place your order and should arrive within 7 business days.


Can I continue selling my merchandise after National Bandanna Day?

Yes you can. Orders placed after 23rd October will not arrive in time for National Bandanna Day, however we encourage supporters to continue selling right throughout November.
