Appointed as Myer’s national youth ambassador, Kate will be working closely with Jennifer Hawkins in 2014 to promote the Myer brand.
Kate has travelled the world modelling for top brands and walking countless catwalks. After calling New York City home for two years Kate returned to Australia for a short time before jumping on her motorbike to ride around South Africa-raising awareness and money for charity.
Kate was the ambassador for the 2012 Australian Formula One Grand Prix, fulfilling her passion for all things motor sport.
She is passionate about healthy living, as well as helping those less fortunate. Riding her motorbike across South Africa only further fuelled her motivation to help others.
In 2013, Kate trekked the Kokoda Track for CanTeen as part of a team that raised almost $70,000. In 2014, she was CanTeen’s ambassador at the Sydney Stampede as well as being involved in several other CanTeen events.
Kate says “I’m proud to be part of CanTeen, this is my most exciting project yet! The Members are some of the most inspiring young people I’ve ever come across. They are a constant positive reminder that you can’t let tough times get you down and that is wonderful message we can all benefit from.”
