Side effects
After reading about the different types of treatment for cancer you have probably thought “Wow, the body must really react to all these drugs and x-rays and things!” Well, you are right. The body inevitably reacts to all the different treatments that may be given and that is when side effects happen. We know it sucks….but unfortunately to make the body better it has to go through some pretty tough stuff first. However, the nature of the side effects and how long they last depends on the type of cancer and the type of treatment given. Side effects from cancer treatment can be either short-term or long-term.
